Book Launch: Balancing Competing Human Rights Claims in a Diverse Society

YCPPL associates Les Jacobs, Lorne Foster & Shaheen Amzi have edited a new and timely book on balencing human rights claims in an increasingly diverse society.

"Balancing Competing Human Rights Claims in a Diverse Society: Institutions, Policy, Principles" (Irwin Law) will be launched this Wednesday, November 28, in the McLaughlin College Senior Common Room at York University. Barbara Hall, chief commissioner of OHRC, will be the guest speaker at the event.The book was published in cooperation with the OHRC.
